Service Description
A focused conversation to discuss your creative vision and answer any questions about the commission process. We will explore your ideas and determine if we are the right fit before moving forward with a formal booking. We'll spend around 15 - 20 minutes talking about what you're hoping to create, answering your questions, and exploring whether working together feels like the right fit. Nothing is booked, and nothing is paid until we've both decided to move forward. If we choose to work together, the next step is reserving your commission with a $300 Creative Fee either during or after the call. It reserves your session and begins the creative planning process, where we'll develop the ideas, details, and direction for your portraits before your session even begins. If not, you'll still leave with a clearer direction than when we started.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Rescheduling Your session fee secures your reserved session date and is non-refundable. One reschedule is welcome with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability and email confirmation, and must be scheduled within 3 months of the original session date. Cancellations made with 7 or more days notice convert to studio credit, valid for use within 3 months of the original session date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session, or no-shows, result in forfeiture of the session fee.
