The river is my favorite place to reflect—it’s constant yet ever-changing. The sound of the water against the rocks reminds me that life moves forward, carrying us through every high and low. This place has held my heart through moments of struggle and more importantly, strength.

Today, I’m celebrating two years of sobriety. It’s a journey I’ve kept private, but as I sit here by the water, I feel immense gratitude—not just for where I am today, but for everything this journey has taught me about resilience, self-love, and the beauty of transformation.

Sobriety has changed how I see the world and how I approach my work. It’s deepened my appreciation for meaningful moments, and it’s made me more determined than ever to help others see their own strength and beauty.

Sharing this feels vulnerable, but it also feels right. Maybe someone out there needs to hear this today: no matter where you are, you have the strength to keep going.

Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of my journey, whether you knew it or not. And to the Chattahoochee River for being partly, my place of peace.
