Rescheduling / Late: In the event that the Client requests to reschedule a photographic event, the deposit/fee shall be applied to a rescheduled event if notice is given at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event. In the event that the Client is late for the session, and has contacted the photographer, the Client will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the event. Clients shall not be compensated for the time deducted from the event due to the late arrival of the Client. If the Client arrives more than one hour late, the event is considered canceled by the Client and the booking deposit/fee is forfeited. Cancellation Policy: If the Client wishes to cancel the session, a notice must be provided to the Photographer at least 30 days prior to the scheduled session time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of the session deposit, as specified in the deposit/fee section. If the Client requests to reschedule with less than 30 days notice, $200 of the booking deposit/fee is forfeited and a new deposit will be charged to secure the rescheduled date. A rescheduling fee of shall be charged to cover the Photographer's time and resources. The second booking fee will be credited to Client’s final product purchase but is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
