In the initial phase of our three-step pre-consultation, we focus on laying the groundwork for a successful photoshoot. This involves discussing your expectations, understanding your vision, and addressing any concerns you may have. By setting the stage in this way, we create a foundation of trust and open communication that is crucial for a positive photography experience. My favorite way to connect is face-to-face but not everyone can meet for a coffee to plan their photoshoot so I have found the next best thing is a Zoom Virtual Call from the comfort of your home or office so you can get back to your busy day. Our pre-consultation gives us the chance to get to talk, and make sure we are a great fit ensuring you feel comfortable and confident before taking the next step.

Setting the Stage for Success
Every client is unique, and so should be your photo session! Whether it's for online marketing or a personal treasured keepsake, we are committed to providing exceptional support throughout the process. Our pre-consultation serves as the starting point where we begin to dive into your vision, preferences, budget, and style. This initial conversation allows us to brainstorm ideas, explore pricing options, and potentially customize the shoot to perfectly capture your personality and charm. During this step, I'll guide you through our process and outline a possible timeline, providing you with a clear plan for the next steps. Our goal is to ensure we not only meet but exceed your expectations, delivering on the promises we make.

Tailoring the Experience
Once you've decided we are a great fit, and you've paid your session retainer you'll receive our studio Welcome Guide with tips on how to prepare for your photoshoot. In the final step we'll sit down again for a full Style & Design Consultation. This step is all about customization and the perfect opportunity to address any concerns or challenges you might foresee. We delve into the specifics of tailoring the photoshoot to align with the your brand, style, and individual requirements. From choosing the right backdrops and props to discussing preferred angles and wardrobe, this step ensures that every detail is considered, guaranteeing a uniquely personalized and unforgettable photoshoot.
It's not just about taking photos; it's about creating an experience that reflects your story authentically.

Consultations are scheduled M-F from 10am - 4pm, and photoshoots are typically 2-4 weeks out from your consultation.
